There are many aspects of serving within the church body; Staff, lay-pastors, women's ministry, volunteers, Leadership as well as member-to-member relationships. Building relationships with others and making them work can often times be a very tricky and tenuous task. The other person may be a co-worker, spouse, child or parent or another member or relative. The goal of our approach is to help you create an environment that will improve communication, reduce conflict and ensure a more successful relationship. "Why do I act the way I do?", Why can't this team get anything done?", and "Why can't we communicate?" are common questions we can discover the answers to that will help you capitalize on your strengths, value differences and work effectively with others. Understanding the difference between Leadership and Management is a key when working with others in today's church body.
