The Sandwich Generation is what we baby boomers are referred to. If you were born between 1946-1964 this is you. We are struggling to care for aging parents & relatives while still helping our kids with their kids. Do you feel Trapped? Guilty? Like you and your spouse don't have a life of your own? Angry? Theses are natural emotions feelings that we will all have when we are in a position of being a caregivers of someone we love. Caring for a family member can be rewarding, but it is also hard work and caregivers are often filled with conflicting emotions. If you neglect yourself, the stress of Caregiving can take its toll. This program will identify possible solutions to the problems at hand and how to plan for future needs and resources you may need. This can be presented as a workshop/seminar and/or we will help you set up support follow-up groups within your church body.
