Using a variety of Circus Arts, Improv, and Theatre games, this training is playful ... with a purpose. High spirits mean low attrition. Through a variety of low-risk, high-energy group challenges, participants experience first hand the pay off for replacing overly serious outlooks with relaxed, confidence-building and team-bonding, creative collaborations. After each activity, they are asked to reflect upon what they learned from their experience that's applicable to their job responsibilities. This and each subsequent debrief elicits a list of action steps that lead to better camaraderie, improved workplace morale, and enhanced individual productivity. Throughout this program, special attention is given to how playful laughter defuses stress and sparks flexible thinking and innovative problem solving. Developing a good sense of humor helps us hang tough in hard times. Participants learn fresh, fun-spirited ways to recharge their creative battery, experience a renewed sense of connection with their colleagues, and come away determined to make shared laughter a daily rite.
