If you are over forty, you were born with a "techno-disadvantage". Bad news? No, just an opportunity to conquer. We were brought up with the lessons of not touching things we did not understand. As a result we carried that into our world of today which requires us to touch and use technology that we just do not understand. Lorraine not only focuses on how this has impacted us, but what steps we can take to totally dispel the fear of learning how to use these "foreign objects" and applications. In addition she instills the confidence to try while making it a fun filled experience. It has been said that she "just makes learning simple."
