Generational Differences

“Kids, they just don’t understand!” However, its not just “kids”. We live in an era where we have multiple generations that have very unique values and attributes. Forcing everyone to “conform” without an appreciation for the underlying values of individuals will typically provide less than exceptional results. Understanding the values and attributes of the respective generations is critical for a leader. Mark provides a very down to earth, clear program which helps participants identify their own generational values as well as gaining an understanding of other generational values. Through the interactive program, participants are better able to understand and deal with situations where generational differences may be contributing to organizational challenges.
