Jim Vahle has 25 years experience with two Fortune 25 corporations, initially in engineering positions, then sales and numerous management assignments in the U.S. and Canada. He left the corporate world in 1990 to open his own businesses, which have included brokerage, capital acquisition and consulting. He has an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He has been an adjunct professor at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management since 1994, teaching courses in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management. An academic, too focused on theory, you worry? Don't! He's a pilot and a military officer. He served with distinction in the U.S. Army in Europe, as a company ,nder and as a regimental staff officer where he wrote the strategic battle plan for the 14th Armored Cavalry Regiment, stationed on the frontier of freedom on the East-West German border. He knows, that in business, it's results that count.
He has been honored for excellence in the military, in the corporate world, as an educator and most recently as National Speakers Association-IL: Member of the Year-2002.
