Jermaine holds both a BA and MA in Speech Communication and a Master of Arts in Education. Jermaine has worked in sales and marketing at organizations including IBM, Keebler Company and Frito Lay Corporation. He has taught 5th and 6th grade to homeless youth and has spent the last 10 years of his professional career teaching college adults. Jermaine is CEO, Founder and President of two companies: Seminars & Workshops, Inc. and Snack Attack Vending of Minnesota.

He is a Professor of Communication Studies at Century College and has been presented with the prestigious Quality College Teaching Award. Jermaine M. Davis grew up in Chicago's housing projects and was raised in a single-parent home with three siblings. After losing six family members to street violence, he began studying success principles to change the direction of his life.
