Davis brings her passion for realizing potential to her executive coaching, team development and leadership training programs. She has held executive and management positions in large and small companies and has broad industry experience. Her clients are drawn from both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. She is the former Senior Vice President of Menttium Corporation, the nation's leading authority on corporate mentoring programs. In addition to leading JD Coaching & Consulting, she is an adjunct professor teaching leadership, marketing, sales and customer-focused strategies.

Davis holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis/St. Paul and a BS in education from the University of Minnesota. She received her coaching certificate from the Coaches Training institute (CTI), an acclaimed ICF accredited program, and she is certified as a human potential trainer by the internationally recognized Empowerment Institute in New York.
