Kathleen Riley naturally inspires audiences in her authentic style and is known as an authority on personal growth and integrated wellness. She is the author of What You Feel is Real - An Inspiring Novel of Transformation and its journal companion and a developer of materials specializing in personal and professional transformation.

She works with hundreds of business executives, writers and creative artists, individuals in career transition and seekers of personal growth and wellness. Prior to speaking and coaching, Riley worked in publishing where she created and developed a personal growth magazine for a leading publisher; served as an adviser for the launch of a global publication; and consulted for the launch of a women's fertility publication.

Her most significant (and ongoing) accomplishment in life is: achieving integrated wellness. She attributes her success to using an inner-directed discovery approach and channeling her creative energies in positive and meaningful ways. Through these approaches, she dispelled a five-year bout with an obsessive compulsive disorder and depression. Since then, she's developed a method called The Transformational Coaching Model that helps empower coaching clients and can be used as a self coaching tool.

She is an Advanced Corporate Coach and a Lifetime Learning Member with Corporate Coach U, Inc. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Michigan State University. She is CEO and founder of Transformational Leaders International (TLI), a provider of coaching programs for growth, development and wellness. Her mission is to empower others to move forward in positive ways and to promote the wellness of purpose. She is a mother of three teenagers and lives in Oakland County, Michigan.
