Ken developed his leadership skills first as a US Marine and later as a Utah State Trooper Commander. His experiences taught him commitment, honor, integrity, and the professional demeanor he carries today. And while his frontline service showed him the worst of humanity, he’s also been inspired and awed by the very best humans can achieve. For Ken, the power to learn, motivate, lead, inspire, and grow lies within each one of us. His mission is to help all achieve greatness and find the leader within.
