Motivational Speakers

Kent Rader is a professional speaker, author, and comedian. He works with companies and associations wanting to learn how laughter matters in reducing stress and achieving success. Kent graduated from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri with a B.S. in Accounting. He spent five years in public accounting and twelve years as C.F.O. and C.E.O. of hospitals before becoming a professional speaker in 1997. Kent speaks predominantly to healthcare and educational associations and has written numerous articles for educational and healthcare magazines and newsletters. He authored a chapter about building quality teams in the book Possibilities, as well as a chapter titled "Defining Your Own Success" for Possibilities II. His stress reduction book titled Let It Go, Just Let It Go was released in April 2002. Kent also performs stand up comedy in comedy clubs throughout the mid west."
