She wrote customer service training programs for the Mall of America, US Bank, Target Center Arena, Casinos America, Metro Dentalcare, Park Nicollet Health System/Methodist Hospital, and Fairview/University Health System. In addition, she serves as a consultant to Mayo Clinic and is certified in Achieve Global's Leadership Series.
She has been a featured presenter at international conferences and conventions throughout the world for the American Dental Association, American Veterinary Medical Association, American Association of Meat Processors, American Nephrology Nurses Association, Institute of Real Estate Management, American Institute of Banking and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS).
