Mr. Ron Crabtree, CPIM, CIRM, CSCP, MLSSBB is president of MetaOps, Inc., - a training and consulting firm that specializes in strategic business transformation. He is an internationally recognized expert and author in cutting-edge business process improvement methodologies. He serves as adjunct faculty for the University of San Francisco in Supply Chain Management and for Villanova University developing and teaching Lean Six Sigma and other programs. Mr. Crabtree writes the "Lean Culture" Department in APICS Magazine for APICS, The Association for Operations Management the global leader and premier source of the body of knowledge in operations management. He also writes a regular column in MiBiz on Lean Six Sigma. In addition to a BA in Management and Organizational Development, Crabtree is certified through APICS, the Educational Society for Resource Management, as certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM) and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). Currently, Crabtree serves as a Director-at-Large for the Greater Detroit Chapter of APICS. Mr. Crabtree has co-authored two books on Lean Six Sigma - a text for the Villanova University Lean Six Sigma program and the LSS (Lean Six Sigma) Primer - published by the Quality Council of Indiana and is a Master Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (MLSSBB).
