Sandy Ray is a small business owner and entrepreneur. She is the co-owner of a 9 hole golf course in Iowa, office administrator of a concrete construction corporation, and the mother of two teenagers. Over the past 15 years she has sung the National Anthem at hundreds of community and sporting events, and has been a popular entertainer at numerous festivals and events in the Midwest. She was the featured soloist on the weekly televised broadcast "The Gospel Temple Presents", which aired to thousands of viewers in Illinois and Iowa.

The sisters Deanna and Sandy Ray attended the Executive Seminar in Communications Skills, at which they excelled.
