Todd was in advertising for 10 years, including Ogilvy & Mather, the world's largest direct marketing agency at that time. For 10 more years, he had his own marketing company in Chicago, working with associations, retailers, nonprofits and financial organizations.
One day he discovered that people would pay him to tell funny stories about business. So now he does -- speaking to hundreds of groups each year on how to communicate better with customers and employees to become more successful, make more money and get a better life. Now who doesn't want to hear that!
