He has spoken before state, local and international audiences. His primary topics focus on strategic planning, workforce development, and performance improvement.
Mr. Huberty has been a member of the faculty of St. Mary's University of Minnesota for over six years teaching in the Batchelor of Science Programs in Industrial Technology and Management. His course, Performance Improvement through Training, has consistently received top student evaluations.
He is a past member of the Board of Examiners of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (1996-1999, 2002), the President's Quality Award (2000), and the Minnesota Quality Award (1991, 1992, 1995). He currently serves as the Chair of the Education and Training Board of the American Society for Quality.
He has worked for Honeywell, Northwest Airlines and Minnesota Technology.
Mr. Huberty is a graduate of University of Minnesota and has a Masters' degree in Human Development from St. Mary's University of Minnesota.
