For 29 years Don has owned and operated a small chain of successful service industry businesses.
Since he started the businesses, Don has been recognized by his franchise peers for his group's accomplishments in customer service, business growth and community service. He also has served many terms on advisory councils and committees.
Throughout the years, Don has researched customer experience and built a very large library of business books, predominately focused on leadership and customer service/experience. Many of the things he has learned in his research and in reading his library have been put to use in his businesses and in the businesses that he has helped coach and mentor.
Don is Secret Service Certified. He has been personally trained by John DiJulius, President of The DiJulius Group, and best-selling author of Secret Service-hidden systems that deliver unforgettable customer service. As a Secret Service Certified presenter, he is licensed to present the principle philosophies of Secret Service and facilitate the Customer Experience Cycle Workshop.
Most recently Don has completed an extensive one year Advanced Leadership Program. The program is focused on the art of business development, coaching, leadership and the development and use of business systems.
Don uses the skills he has learned over his career to help other business' achieve greatness with their customer experience and their team. Don believes his higher calling in life is to coach, consult, mentor and teach other business people to help them discover the possibilities in their lives and businesses.
