Cheryl earned her Masters from the University of Minnesota in Training and Development and Bachelors from the University of Illinois. Experienced in sales, teaching, management, and training, she is currently writing a book that chronicles how she uses intuition and insight to live a creatively fulfilling life.

An avid jogger, canoeist, and a 20-year veteran of the American Birkebeiner cross-country ski race, Cheryl is a former marathon runner, rock climber, and mountaineer who ten years ago took up solo canoeing. She expresses herself artistically through oil painting and her newest challenge is taking singing lessons for the first time.
