Kirking's passion is encouraging others to identify and use their talents to positively impact others. Her story is featured in the book MISSION POSSIBLE, alongside Steven Covey, Dr. John Gray and other mission-minded speakers and authors. As a Certified Personality Trainer, she helps others improve their professional and personal relationships. Her interest in the personality types began in graduate school, when studying psychology and counseling, but was piqued by observing the profound difference in the personalities of her triplets. Cheryl frequently discusses this topic on radio programs nationwide.
She is the author of four books, including RIPPLES OF JOY(Random House) and TEACHER, YOU'RE AN A+ (Harvest House) and is a contributing author to the best-selling CHICKEN SOUP FOR THE SOUL series. She graduated with distinction for the U.W.-Madison. She is a member of the National Speakers Association and listed in "Who's Who in Professional Speaking."
