How many times were you told you could not achieve your goals or make your dreams come true? How many times did you hear the words " You Can't" " You won't" It will never happen" ? I feel my story is one of determination, persistence and having the heart to go after your dreams and make them come true. One of fighting off the negative people with their negative comments like : It's a pipe dream", or "time to grow up and quit baseball be a man and get a real job" and the ever popular " Be realistic". These people made the journey even harder than it already was. We have all heard these words.

When I was 8 years old, I attended my first pro baseball game at Three Rivers Stadium in Pittsburgh. (August 19,1973) Right then and there I knew what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. Since then, I coached high school & college baseball for over 20 years, won a collegiate championship as a head coach at the age of 25, am now the General Manager & Lead professional baseball scout for the Global Scouting Bureau (pro scouting service) as well as in 2005 hired to be the Head Baseball Coach at Carnegie Mellon University. Along with all that, I am a motivational speaker, frequent radio & TV guest, pro hitting instructor and produced my own hitting DVD.

I feel that with hard work, heart and courage no matter what anyone says or does, your dreams can come true. I will use my personal life and baseball experiences to show how you too can achieve your goals in life and in your business."
